Billing & Subscription FAQ

What is the License Governance & Continuity Fee?

The $99 monthly fee is a License Governance & Continuity Fee. It keeps your VOICEMAIL REACH license active, your account in good standing, and your access continuous under our operating standards. It is not a per-usage, per-campaign, or per-message fee.

When does monthly billing start?

The first month of the $99 License Governance & Continuity Fee is waived for new licensees. Monthly billing begins after the waived period and continues on a recurring basis unless canceled.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel the monthly License Governance & Continuity Fee at any time in accordance with the Terms of Service. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for fees already paid. Platform access remains active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

What happens if I don't pay the monthly fee?

Active license standing is maintained through continuous payment of the License Governance & Continuity Fee. Cancellation or lapse in payment results in loss of active license status and access to the platform.

What if I cancel and want to come back later?

If you cancel and later wish to reinstate access, you may be required to pay a new setup fee and restart the licensing process. Previous data, campaigns, and configurations may not be retained after cancellation.

Are fees refundable?

No. All fees are final and non-refundable once platform access has been provisioned. This includes setup fees, License Governance & Continuity Fees, and any usage-related charges. Access is considered delivered regardless of whether you log in, configure, or use the platform.
