VOICEMAIL REACH provides licensed access to a software platform. No ownership of the software or underlying technology is transferred.
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
VOICEMAIL REACH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, misuse of the platform, non-payment of fees, or activities that expose the platform to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VOICEMAIL REACH makes no guarantees regarding results, deliverability, revenue, or profitability.
VOICEMAIL REACH provides platform access on a subscription basis and may charge applicable setup fees, License Governance & Continuity Fees, and any usage-based charges disclosed at the time of purchase.
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once platform access has been provisioned, except where otherwise required by law.
Access is considered delivered regardless of whether the licensee chooses to log in, configure, or use the platform.
VOICEMAIL REACH reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or billing structures at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance.
Continued use of the platform after a pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. Users who do not agree to a pricing change may cancel their subscription in accordance with the Terms of Service prior to the effective date of the change.
