Due to the digital and software-based nature of the VOICEMAIL REACH platform, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provisioned.
Access is considered delivered regardless of whether the licensee chooses to log in, configure, or use the platform.
This includes setup fees, License Governance & Continuity Fees, and any usage-related charges.
The first month of the License Governance & Continuity Fee is waived. Subsequent monthly fees are non-refundable once billed.
Refunds are not provided for unused services, early termination, or lack of usage.
Platform provisioning fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once provisioning has occurred.
